There's a story behind every project.

It started with responsibility.
JL PROJECTS is more than just a new brand. It's backed by years of experience in project management, manufacturing, and product development. Behind it are completed installations, process innovations, hundreds of tough decisions – and, above all, the people whose stories shaped each successful project. It's because of them that I decided to go my own way and offer my know-how to others.
A strong pillar of my professional journey was a decade of experience at LASVIT – a company that combines exceptional design with a strong focus on technical excellence. Working in this open yet highly demanding corporate culture taught me what true leadership means: managing a project from the initial concept to final installation, while also leading project, technical, and production teams in an environment full of creativity – and equally high expectations.
In a setting driven not just by procedures, but by trust, autonomy, and accountability, I developed the ability to adapt quickly, make informed decisions, and treat the client as a key partner. A client-focused mindset – often with very demanding and detail-oriented clients – became a natural part of my work. I know that a quality outcome is not the result of compromise, but of consistent communication, a clear understanding of goals, and active collaboration across disciplines.
JL PROJECTS is a platform for project consulting, technical mentoring, and coordination of complex assignments. Every project is different, but they all deserve the same: strong leadership, clear communication, and responsibility that doesn't end with a signed contract.
Part of my work also involves coaching and team development in project management.
Whether it's agile methodologies, hands-on leadership tools, or the integration of AI in project workflows – I help teams grow and support individuals in discovering their own leadership style.
My desire to stay in control also led me to energy systems – not as a trend, but as a real-world challenge.
It all started simply – at home. I wanted to understand how to manage consumption efficiently, use solar overproduction wisely, integrate batteries, heat water smartly, and align it all with the way people actually live.
What began as a small experiment turned into a deeper passion for smart energy management.
I realized it's not just about technology – it's about systems thinking. About finding balance between production, consumption, storage, and the everyday needs of the people in the house.
Today, I help homeowners and companies design modular solar systems that truly make sense – technically, economically, and humanly.
And just like in project management, I believe the key lies in thoughtful planning, open communication, and full accountability for the result.
